What are Exosomes? They are tiny extracellular vesicles that originates in cytoplasm of various cells. These vesicles contain various types of biomolecules, including proteins, lipids, nucleic acids (RNA and DNA), and other cellular components. They play crucial role in intracellular communication. What are Exosomes used for? They are being investigated as a drug delivery vehicles for the treatment of various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases. Exosomes are widely used in aesthetic medicine and dermatology to improve the health and appearance of the skin, since they promote hydration, stimulate cell regeneration and help counteract signs of skin ageing. They are anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, regenerative, provide blood supply improvement and pigmentation prevention. How are the Exosomes applied?
